hi Brad - thank you so much for making these products available! I called you to learn more about your water softener ... you helped evaluate whether it would work for our house (it was a good fit ... 3/4" model). We got it installed and its made a world of difference! my skin is so much softer, no more calcium build up on our pans or water pot. its amazing ... I'm so glad that I discovered your products ... I've been spreading the word!
