This unique filter system is the most up to date, one unit whole house well water iron and sulfur removal system on the market today. It utilizes the newest technology for treating your well water. No need to buy 2 or even 3 different filtering system to get rid of iron stains and that rotten egg smell of Hydrogen Oxide.

How Does It Work?

Iron has to be oxidized to be removed from your water and the system will take out higher levels, up to 10 ppm Iron, 20 ppm of Sulfur, and 11 ppm Manganese WITHOUT any chemical injection or separate air pumps.

The special microprocessor digital control value with it’s patented design, built in air injection system and check valve, keeps a pocket of pressurized air in the tank for super oxidation of iron in your well water.

When water enters the well water iron filter, it passes through a bubble of compressed air that adds oxygen to the water.

The water then passes through a filter media bed. The filter material enhances a reaction that separates the iron and sulfur from the well water. The insoluble flakes of iron and sulfur are then caught by the filter bed.

The iron, sulfur and manganese are trapped in the filter media and then backwashed after being oxidized down the drain, leaving you with fresh clean water!

The Well Water Iron Filter replenishes itself every one to three days in a backwash process that washes the iron, sulfur and manganese out of the filter bed. At the same time the system is refilling the compressed air bubble in the tank. This happens automatically via the programming during the night.

This is a great system that is chemical free with nearly zero maintenance. I would not recommend this system if it were not simply the best.
